In the morning, he enjoys eggs, turkey bacon, oatmeal, and Greek yogurt, and he will snack on bananas or cashews and some water to hold himself over until the afternoon, when he will enjoy a wheat tortilla filled with cheese a turkey, some carrots, and some mixed berries. Even though dinner will vary from one day to the next, his late-night snack will consist of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, cucumbers, and popcorn.
